Primary Objective
We are looking for a results-driven Remote Sales Executive with proven experience in IT trading. The role involves independently handling procurement, sales, and client follow-ups while working remotely, ensuring profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trading & Procurement
- Source IT products such as laptops, desktops, printers, servers, and switches from local and international vendors.
- Negotiate purchase terms and pricing to secure inventory at competitive costs.
- Coordinate remotely with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through virtual networking, digital channels, and remote prospecting.
- Conduct online meetings and product presentations with clients.
- Prepare and send competitive quotations and proposals electronically.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
3. Client & Order Follow-up
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent remote communication.
- Manage the order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sale support to encourage repeat business.
4. Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on IT hardware trends, pricing, and product developments.
- Apply market insights to make effective procurement and sales decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years in IT trading (purchasing & sales)
- Sales Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Procurement & Negotiation: Strong track record in vendor negotiations
- Remote Work Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, servers, switches)
- Advantageous: Knowledge of networking/security solutions (FortiGate, CCTV, Access Control)
- Communication: Excellent digital communication and follow-up skills
- Tools: Familiarity with Zoom, MS Teams, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
